By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Policies. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
When you visit, we will only utilize the personal information you submit for internal tracking. This includes processing your information requests efficiently and making iM Social App (iMATRiX Social) and other websites more beneficial for using their features and services. We won’t use your personal information for any other reason unless specified differently. The personal details you provide in the “About Me” section are your name, gender, username, user ID, profile picture, images, and videos. Occasionally, the stuff you provide them may be downloaded, copied, or made publicly available by the people you connect and share with. - Information that may be included in this personal data includes device identifiers such as IDFA (Identifier For Advertisers), the operating system and applications used, application crash data, IP address, User agent, platform, Software Development Kit version, anonymous User ID, time stamp Developer Key, and application version.
- Location data, such as the specific geographic locations obtained via IP, GPS, Bluetooth, or WiFi signals, or location data from your mobile device;
- Computer and connection information, such as statistics on your page views, traffic to and from the websites you visit, referral URLs, ad data, your IP address, your browsing history, and your web log information;
Personal data and BUPA Feature
BUPA stands for Blocked User Proximity Alert. This feature allows you to block-list any user you feel threatened by. To make this feature more safe, we are required to locate your location for the user-blocking feature. You enable this feature which allows us to locate you and a blocked user from your list within 500 ft, and you will receive an alert along with their profile picture.
Our app or any affiliate apps do not send SMS it only sends a notifications to the users and allows the users to use their sms to contact 911 in case of an emergency during a blocked user proximity alert experience. Bupa itself is not sending any type of sms to any organization or contact list of the user but it will notify and allow the user to reach 911 via sms text for further assistant on any danger. It is the users responsibilities to reach to such organization or anybody in the contact list solemnly and He/She is responsible for sending sms using their own mobile default sms application.
We use satellite imaging with the help of Google Maps, which helps you understand the system and location better. You can confirm if the blocked user is threatening or not. If yes, you will be connected to legal authorities like police for safety.
Here is the information we voluntarily and involuntarily collect from the feature:
- Your geological location or GPRS locality.
- Your existing profile details, along with the contact details.
- Your device ID, IP address.
Personal data and cookies or similar technologies
Cookie technology is used by iM Social App (iMATRiX Social) as part of our website’s statistical reporting. It contains personal data that a website uses to tailor your experience (for example, altering your profile on the iM iMATRiX App home page) and gather statistics (like the pages you visit, what you download while using the site, the name and country of the internet service provider you came from, and the URLs of websites you visited right before and right after iM Social App (iMATRiX Social)).
We do not, however, directly associate this personal data with you. There is just one measurement taken altogether. How Long we Retain Your Data
We only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil our legal obligations to you and/or to comply with our contractual obligations. You can deactivate your account and make your profile inaccessible to other users if you choose to stop using our services.
